Optimizing the Use of Android-Based Audio Visual Integrated System (AVIS) Application in Theory Exam of Driving License Service by Traffic Unit of Cimahi Resort Police

This study aimed to determine use Android-based AVIS how optimizing application. research was conducted with qualitative approach, using descriptive analysis methods, as well data collection techniques interviewing, observing, document review. found that based on components law, facilities, infrastructure, internal control, performance evaluation executors has not met standards. Influencing factors, namely innovation, communication channels, social systems, are inhibiting factors.
